Shipping zone 2: Estonia, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Portugal, Spain	10 €
Shipping zone 3: Denmark, Finland, Spain (Baleares), Sweden	20 €
Cyprus, Malta, Norway, Switzerland, United Kingdom, and other countries not listed above	upon request
